Résumé

A bit (too much) about me

I am a self taught Visual Designer turned UX Designer holding B.Plan degree (Bachelor in Urban Planning) from  National Institute of Technology, Bhopal with keen interest in Experience Design Research.

I did my Masters in User Experience Design from MIT Institute of Design and currently working at Bosch Global Software Technologies (BGSW)

Previously I worked as Experience Design Intern at Siemens Technology & Services Pvt. Ltd. Bengaluru. There I worked on building Socio Technical Systems for enhancing urban mobility through lens of Urban Experience Design.

My interest in research in HCI (Human Computer Interaction) and my work in the field of deceptive UIs earned me an internship atIndian Institute of Science, Bengaluru at I3D Lab (2019). There I worked on a Microsoft Research India funded project on developing a gaze controlled desktop application for children with severe speech and motor impairment.

I’m particularly influenced by the work of B.J. Fogg on persuasive tech and behavioral sciences.

I’ve previously freelanced for entertainment industry with my clientele based out of India, Dubai, London & Chicago during my graduation. I’ve worked as visual designer for artists like Ayushmann Khurrana, Farhan Akhtar, Shankar Ehsaan Loy, Nucleya etc. I’ve worked as design head for MARD- Men Against Rape & Discrimination, which is a social initiative of Farhan Akhtar and Anurag Rao.

I spend time reading articles on design-art, psychology, history, mythology, food, technology, politics & current affairs and anything that gives me a dopamine hit.

Other than this, you can find me stargazing or exploring varieties of coffee and sushi and planning on extending my love for bike riding to bike races (someday… sometime).

Feel free to ping me if you would like to work together or have some interesting topics to discuss.
